Shipping Policy

We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

  1. Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed the same  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery times:
      • Standard Shipping: [3-9] business days
      • Expedited Shipping: [1-5] business days
      • Express Shipping: [1-3] business days
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays due to shipping carriers.

  3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  4. International Shipping:

    • We do not offer international shipping yet.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Peach Suncare is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  5. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
